Black men usually have to work twice as hard to succeed, often times due to the environment they were brought up around. It is up to us to try to help end that cycle for the future generation and create positive environments for young brown skin boys to think bigger than the community their in right now, think outside of the box and try new things because there is a world full of sights, opportunities and things to try!

WE WANT YOU TO EXPLORE ANOTHER COUNTRY!

Chelsie Celestine, owner of PlantyFriends, came to Little Swimsters with a generous offer of paying for the first swim lesson of young black boys because she knows the importance of learning to swim and children being exposed to positive experiences. Of course there's a catch⏤ parents, we want you to participate in teaching your child there is life beyond their community, not to limit their possibilities and encourage them to try more activities! Traveling and being around other cultures is a big part of learning.
